About the Author

Larry Jarboe is an accomplished catcher of fish and explores various ways to fish cheap and eat. His range of experience runs from the warm waters off of the power plant at Benedict on the Patuxent River to the shark-filled waters near the Florida Keys.
Dealing with such sharks fully prepared him for politics in Southern Maryland and he has been the only person in modern times to be elected four times as a St. Mary's County Commissioner.
Ken Rossignol has been covering the news of cops, criminals and politicians, with the lines of same often blurred, for twenty-five years.
