It's refreshing to have a cookbook totally full of no-salt, no-oil recipes. Most of the time, I have to alter a recipe to fit what I want. The only problem with most of these recipes is that they are a bit bland. I usually add herbs or something to spice it up. It's an easy fix.

This is now my favorite, go to cookbook. Most of the recipes have been excellent and there is a wide variety to choose from. I've expanded my repertoire of recipes and really feel much better eating less fat. My weight has dropped and I don't have any digestive problems. I highly recommend this book.

The China Study has a lot of easy-peasy recipes for 100% plant-based, healthy meals. It should be a godsend for anybody who wants themselves or their family living in a household where they can get breaks from all the processed and disgusting "food" shoved on them every day. The first half of the book contains many references to a study that is never really cited or footnoted, but that's jut the leadup to hook people into a reading some recipes and diet plans that are sure to lead them to a tastier and healthier way of eating. Bottom line: this one is a good read for anybody wanting to make a change.

This book is wonderful.  I've had it about a week and I've made several things out of it.  My husband and seven year old daughter have loved everything.  It's quickly becoming my favorite cookbook!
