This book is a heart warming story about a young man who grows up in a small town in Indiana. Ever since he was a small child of four years old, he knew he had a love for airplanes which leads to these incredible events in his life which will keep you on the edge of suspense. He learned to fly and became a Crop Duster in his local community. On December 7, 1941 the bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese changed his life forever. He volunteered to become a Fighter/Bomber Pilot for the United States Navy. He was stationed at Pearl on an Aircraft Carrier. On a day after the surprise Japanese attack while on an assigned mission from the Carrier, he encountered several Japanese Fighter Planes and during their combat his plane was hit and he went down in the Pacific Ocean! His family was later notified that he was shot down and was considered “Missing in Action, PRESUMED to be dead”! What transacted later was actually a “MIRACLE”
