After our focus on Southern vegetarian favorites in our first cookbook, now we've branched out to highlight hearty and satisfying vegetarian dishes inspired by cuisines from all over the world in The Chubby Vegetarian. In the space of a few years, we lost a combined one hundred pounds by focusing our diet on vegetables, grains, and fruitwith the occasional over-the-top-dinner (and usually a dessert, too!). We worked more variety into our diets and loved the results, and we want to share our favorite go-to recipes with you.
Come along with us as we show you step-by-step how to make creative vegetarian dishes that everyone can enjoy!

From The Authors:
Our last book, The Southern Vegetarian, garnered so much media attention that it surprised even us even though we worked hard to make it happen.
We were featured nationally in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Local Palate, Barbecue America, and more.
We recorded cooking segments for two nationally syndicated television shows with P. Allen Smith after having appeared on The Great Food Truck Race on The Food Network.
Recently cooked at The James Beard House in NYC where our book has a permanent place in the James Beard Library.
With the connections that we have made over the past year, we’re certain that our next book project will reach a much wider audience.
