It's not true to say that all students can't cook. So in constructing this book, we've had to cover many levels of kitchen skill. At our most basic, students won't need anything more than a knife. When we're really cooking, they'll need a Microwave and/or an Oven or a Grill. We see this title as an opportunity to re-engage young people in cookery. We've spent a lot of time creating good eating with mouth-filling flavours in no time at all and at half the cost of processed foods on the supermarket shelves. Hopefully they will return to you for more such cookery information when they have discovered the joy of cookery for themselves.
