This is a straightforward and absolutely fabulous book explaining the simple solution to a painful condition, all too common in our society, which shouldn't be,. Nina and Randa have done a service to the world by spelling out the solution - It's all in the food, and hey, following this dietary pattern will allow your body to find its healthiest normal, beyond just its skin. The recipes are great too - I just made the Polenta Fiesta Scramble for dinner! (I added spinach). Go for it! You have nothing to lose but pimples! review image
