As someone who exercises regularly and eats healthy, I am always looking for the most effective method of exercising and eating.  When it comes to ¿diet¿ there always seems to be this mystery related to; how much to eat, how little, low carbs, no carbs etc. etc. This book caught my attention because I do love my coffee!!  However,  it is not a diet book in the traditional sense and although it uses coffee as a discovery for weight loss it simply provides a very straight forward simple method for ANYONE to loose weight, coffee or not!!
'I've been on a diet, actually many diets, for the past 20 years! I've lost the same 20 pounds over and over again. I bought John Greene's book and I think he has truely found a 'secret,' by linking America's favorite drink (and mine!) to a simple and effective way to get to your healthy weight and stay there. Losing weight is never easy because it requires personal involvement and change, BUT, it sure works!! Many of my fellow frustrated 'dieters' will find this book an answer to their prayers.'
