I'm sure it's going to be a great book, but why are people selling it for 77 to 125 dollars for the new? I just typed Stew Smith Navy Seal Fitness and can buy the exact same thing for around 20 dollars. Just confused is all.
This book is great I started out with this book when I wanted to get fit to be a SEAL and it made a huge differents I mean I could hardly do 5 pushups and now just working with it five days a week for two months I did 75 pushups with ease.Plus I am more flexible then anyone I know and I am in real good shape. This book tells you everything to prepare you for SEAL training.YOU HAVE TO GET THIS BOOK.
Wow, what a great book. As a young college student I don't have the funds to get a decent gym membership nor the time to go driving around and actaully going to the gym. Picked this book up and it was great, all you need is someplace to setup a chinup bar. However, even the 'beginners' program at the end of the book is difficult if you've never done any of the exercises before. Also, it requires close proximity to a full-sized swimmimg pool / large amount of water which I found difficult in my area. However, even with that hurdle and getting slack and lazy, after doing the program for almost 7 months now I've noticed huge results. I recommend this book for anyone looking for a weightless workout.
If any one is looking for a good book to read and also get some excersise from it. This book is great and will keep you thrilled on how any one could go through anything like this. It is one thing that is difficult on anyones body as this book does on your mind.
