I have been searching for a book on cooking meat and came across this one. I think its a great addition to my cooking library.

Every recipe that I have tried in this cookbook has been great. Lisa's lazy day pot roast is great since I have never liked pot roast to begin with. The North African Marinade for the flat iron steak is another favorite. Definitely a keeper!

This book is one of the most informative and complete book on cooking meat that I've had the pleasure of reading. Anything I've wanted to to check I found it in this book. I would recommend it to anyone just learning to cook.

This book doesn't collect dust in my kitchen. A nice selection of quick meals and longer lazy day feasts. No chicken recipes here (plenty of books cover those), but most pork recipes translate well to chicken (just adjust your cooking times accordingly).
