Warm, funny, personable, down-to-earth and honest. Those are just a few of the words I’d use to describe the tone of Lisa Phillips’ book The Confidence Coach: Take Control of your life and Wellbeing. Lisa taps her experience as a life coach, and as a person who at one time was trapped in a mental prison caused by her own lack of confidence, to show you how you can also free yourself of that prison and make real, positive change in your life. From self-image to planning goals for the future to dealing with personality conflicts, Lisa guides you through those situations and helps you see a positive way to move forward with positive personal development. I found this book incredibly useful and feel that I read it at exactly the right time in my life.
