I love being the first to leave a review.  I have a lot of emotions going on after reading this. The books follows several different women's lives, and it shows the struggle and search that I think we have all gone through.  I found myself relating to Sam. We have all pushed those away one time or another out of fear of getting hurt, or because we were not sure what we really wanted. This book gave me pride back into being who I am. The story was great, and it kept me interested from the first page until the last.  I can't wait until I find other books by this author.  She has a truly unique way of spinning a story. I love her word choices and the description along with the dialogue was spellbinding.
