The Culture War. How the West lost its greatness and was weakened from within outlines how the West lost its values, causing its current decline. It is a forceful attack on the extreme liberal, anti-religious ideology which since the 1960’s has permeated the Western culture and weakened its very core. The West is now characterized by strict elitist media censorship, hedonism, a culture of drug abuse, abortion, ethnic clashes and racial divide, a destructive feminism and the dramatic breakdown of the family. An ultra-rich elite pushes our nations into a new, authoritarian globalist structure, with no respect for Western historical values.

Yet, even in the darkest hour, there is hope. This manifesto outlines the remedy for the current malaise and describes the greatness of our traditional and religious values that once made our civilization prosper. It shows how we can restore these values to bring back justice, mercy, faith, honesty, fidelity, kindness and respect for one another. Virtues that will motivate individuals to love one another, the core of what will make us great again.

THIS IS A MIND-BLOWING BOOK ABOUT OUR CULTURE TODAY It is seldom I find a book that changes my brain an perception completely. This is such a book. I must say that the book is the one that have had the most impact on me since the Bible, packed with wisdom and information. You will be changed after reading this book, particularly if you are a spiritual person. I recommend everyone that is not satisfied with the current society to read this book and get a wake up call..... This will become a classic!! This is an excellent book if you are looking for insight into the hows and whys of the culture we are living in. Herland goes into detail about the Christian roots of our western civilization and how they have been distorted over the years. It was especially interesting to me how Christophobia has developed and I can now recognize how pervasive it is on our society. There are chapters on the financial crisis, family breakdown, hedonism, and tolerance as oppression. I highly recommend this book if you are searching for answers to the cultural questions about why the church doesn't take a bigger stand in our world.

Excellent book and should be required reading for people of faith! In the vein of Bill O' Reilly's book on the "Culture Wars," Hanne has provided a solid work tracing the history and condition of the spirituality of Western culture, and how the political and moral climate affected how we got here. You will love the way Hanne dissects our current political, social, and anti-religious climate and myriads of problems, to offer hope and a solid solution to regain the foundations of our heritage. Hanne doesn't minch words or pull punches; she calls out those who have severely and wrongfully damaged the Western culture: The extreme liberal left wing, anti-religious, media and ideologues. Great resource Hanne. I strongly recommend this solid work! Michael McCormick

Dear reader: Read this book, for its insights on Russian Orthodoxy and the early Church Fathers in our common struggle in East and Wet in the culture war between Western and Eastern Christianity versus extremist Islamists, who do not represent the brightest, best and most peaceable forms of Muslims. Its insights of the Patriarch KIRILL of Moscow are worth noting. It is a good book in this way. Worth reading and price of purchase. I would say its major strength is its content; its only weakness is its somewhat random organization, but the valid point it does make are rather good. Read it and enjoy it. Take care. Hanne Nabintu Herland pulls back the veil to reveal the condition of the West spiritually, politically, and morally and how we got here with a concise, no-nonsense approach. Hanne doesn't simply state the challenges and then wring her hands like so many others do, she offers a solid game plan for the greatness that logically follows when returning to our founding principles. I believe "The Culture War" is a necessary read and a handy resource for those well versed in history, worldviews, and/or politics, and for those who sense something has gone awry, and are seeking answers. No doubt, there is something for everyone in her timely, info-packed resource. Judy Salisbury, Founder/President, Logos Presentations Author of "Reasons for Faith" and "A Time to Speak"

This book is a definite must read! I was not aware of the degree of misinformation we are subjected to, and how this penetrates the University systems and brainwashes young people into thinking that the traditional, historical Western values are not important. This book takes you through the philosophical history, displaying how important the Christian values were for the forming of our society. It also shows how dangerous it is to remove these values from our culture – thus removing the ideal of honesty, fidelity, truthfulness, trust. The result is obvious today, as Western society is falling apart into racial hatred between groups, failing marriages, drug abuse and so on. The book also speaks vividly about the repressive Western media, how free speech is faltering under the repressive Left and how we need to come together to fight the massive waves of hatred in America, which threatens to throw us into civil war.

I enjoyed this book. Very eye-opening. It reflects on subject matters that are fairly commonly experienced nowadays - feminism, religion, our values, politics, and power...etc. However, she presents the matters in a new, refreshing light and illuminates the connection between all these. The net sum is an very memorable analysis that will get you thinking....

This book is a wakeup call on how the Western World has lost its way and have abandoned our moral values. However, it also offers practical solutions for finding our way back. It is a must-read.
