(20,000 words,  female point of view. Adults only)

Curvy veterinarian scientist Amanda has never been comfortable with her body. She hides away in her lab in Atlanta, burying herself in her work…until a call from a stranger drags her out of the city and into the wilderness.

Former oil man and all round alpha male Russ Tyler has made his billions and bought himself a stud farm in Wyoming. He needs Amanda to treat a feral horse high in the mountains…but that means persuading the timid beauty to trek there with him on horseback.

Amanda’s used to soy lattes, not camping out under the stars with a gorgeous, muscled cowboy. Can Russ convince her that he loves her curves…and wants her to have his children?

71 pages of sex techniques. What drivel! I deleted it.

I really enjoyed this story. It was about 57 ppages on my Nook. Omly one odd term, "torch." We call them flashlights in the American west, even in the east, I'd imagine. Those of us who are insecure about our body type appreciate the dream of a handsome man - a cowboy, no less - being totally attracted to her. The author also captured the primal desire for procreation. Using much sexier terms, of course! I enjoyed the horse, mountain, camping aspect. Especially seeing how Amanda dealt with it. Some good humor and great sex, with beautiful scenery mixed in, makes for a great setting. Oh, and don't forget the horses!

A sweet story, hot guy falls for big girl and magic happens. We all want that magic, old or young, big or small, broken or whole of that magic someone who sees the me I want to be and not what society dictates. Wish it was longer!

Amanda is a vet that works in the labs at the CDC in Atlanta. She doesn't realize it but spends most of her life hiding behind her job. She is very smart, but is ashamed of her body, and doesn't go out much because of it. Russ is a billionaire cowboy, who wants the best vet available to treat an ill horse. After researching, he find out that Amanda is the most knowledgeable person for his purposes so he clears it with her boss to have her flown to his ranch in Wyoming. Once she gets to the ranch, she find out that Russ wants her to treat a wild mustang but they have to catch it first which entails several days of horseback riding and camping.   The characters were fantastic.  Due to Amanda's concern about her size, she doesn't go out much so that she doesn't have to be disappointed in going home alone. Russ was a pleasant surprise.  I expected him to be arrogant and domineering but he was a very sweet man. The title had me thinking I wouldn't like it  - The Curvy Vet and the Billionaire Cowboy (He Wanted Me Pregnant!).  The part in brackets made me wonder about it. Turned out I loved this nice quick read!  I found the last couple of chapters surprising with a great ending. The only negative thing about this book was that it ended. I will definitely be reading more by this author and highly recommend this book.

This was a funny, sexy, short read that I enjoyed very much. Amanda, is a vet, that spends most of her life hiding behind her job. She is very smart, but is ashamed of her body, and doesn't get out much because of it. Russ is a billionaire cowboy, who needs her expertise on his ranch. After clearing things with her boss, he brings her from Atlanta to Wyoming, and explains the situation of why he needs her help. I loved the fact that Amanda, is not the perfect shaped woman, and I also laughed at the fact that she has to have her coffee fix. It was interesting, reading about her transforming from city life to country life, and I could only imagine what Russ was thinking about it all. A great little read.
