With the rallying cry of life, liberty, and love, Zadie and Charlie fly across America leaving a wake of revolution in their path. Passion erupts. Danger abounds. The lives of millions hang by a thin thread of courage, but in the midst of the madness, the golden soul of humanity blossoms . . . and miracles start to unfold! Author Rivera Sun creates mythic characters from everyday people. A rallying cry for life, love and liberty. An antidote to the fear and greed and repression that surrounds us. Someone called it "THE handbook for the coming revolution." I sincerely think it is . The book was an invigorating and liberating read. It feels good to know that the characters Rivera Sun creates actually are all around us. When I look for them I see them everyday. There is hope, a new world is coming.

I feel like I have lived my life so that I could read this book and be inspired to action...Right now. Rivera Sun has created the story of our time. A government running out of control, devouring the health and well-being of its own people to feed the greed of a tiny few. She tells the story of the heart of the people rising with the strength of love and joy to take back their birthright and their power. This book is told in that can't put it down, gotta read faster but don't want it to ever end style that is a wonderful torment. The characters are drawn with love and feel like best friends after just a few pages. And the message of the book...Oh yeah this book carries a very powerful message that will one day rank it with books like 1984, Fahrenheit 451, The Grapes of Wrath and every other book that stands for the power, the beauty and the love of the human heart in a time of crisis. Yes, absolutely I have already read this book over and expect to do so again. I whole-heartedly recommend this book to everyone in hopes that you too will find your truth and join in The Dandelion Insurrection.

Living in 2015 Wisconsin I can see in the near future the society Rivera Sun describes. Militarized police and frequent use of martial law are no longer far off events. I also have faith in the spirit of hope and for the citizens inhabiting The Dandelion Insurrection, the USA. So for me fiction and reality intersect on the pages of this timely book. The narrative moves along swiftly as I cheered for the heroism of the two protagonists, a heroism that spreads via internet to the many people who'd grown tired of the lies and intrusions into their lives   by profit driven corporations. The author's insistence on the efficacy of non violent resistance appeals to my pacifist nature. But readers   who are not pacifists will certainly also find food for thought on these pages. Rivera Suns characters cover a spectrum of opinion and approaches. I think this book will describe and guide a generation with no tangible future, no path to The American Dream. ,
