1.Get over my best friend’s brother.
2.Remember that I’m over him.
3.Prove I can date other people.
It should be easy.
It’s not.

Setting up a dating website with the guy I’ve been in love with since I was five wasn’t my smartest idea.
Especially since he’s my best friend’s brother—thankfully, she’s okay with the fact I’m pulling a Sandy and I’m hopelessly devoted to him.
Which is why it’s time to get over him.
So I do something crazy and ask Dominic Austin to find me a date. He does—if I find him one, too.
Since we own Stupid Cupid, it should be easy, right? And it is.
My date is perfect. His date is perfect. Everything is perfect.
Until he kisses me…

Three dates.
One kiss.
And a big-ass mess…

4.5 stars An entertaining story especially when Chloe gets together with her besties Mellie and Peyton. Their banter was hilarious. Their friendships are truly wonderful. I rather liked the fact that Dom and Chloe argue as much as they do and it kinda solidifies their friendship to an extent especially since they co pwn Stupid Cupid. When Chloe asks Dom to find her a date, in a roundabout way...well Dom says she's to find his match. Can these two get along and come to terms that neither of their feelings will ever go anywhere?? Can they follow through on their respective dates?? I enjoyed the dilemmas, the drunken funny moments and the story was good. I liked the characters and seeing how Mellie and Peyton's relationships were going too. A good read!

This book had a little bit of everything.....drama, laughs, chemistry and love! I love the way Emma brought the characters together. The story was equal parts love and hot as hell chemistry that you won't be able to put down.

I could not wait to read Chloe’s story!! The trio Peyton, Chloe and Mellie made me laugh so much that I feel now like we are BFF. If you fancy a story that is going to make you LOL, that is fun and romantic, then The Dating Experiment is the one for YOU! “I had to accept it. I was twenty-seven. It was time for me to stop holding onto a girlish dream and look to the future.” Chloe always had a massive crush on Peyton’s brother- Dominic. To call it a crush is actually an understatement- She worships him and has been waiting for 10 years for him to make a move. The craziness is that Dom is her business partner and she sees him every day and she loves/hates everything about him- his clumsiness and the way he gets on her nerves so easily. I think that we can say that they have a love hate relationship. “Desperation makes you do stupid things. Like open a dating website with the guy you’ve been in love with almost your entire life.” However, when they decide to find the perfect dates for each other, things do not go as planned. Chloe being Chloe, she pushed and pushed and pushed Dom just because she wanted to know why he was not brave to speak to the girl he likes…. She harassed him and BOOM they kiss!! “Reality didn’t make sense. I’d never really understood why I felt the way I did about him—I just felt it. It was the same as liking tacos or pizza just was. Love. It made no sense.” What happened from that moment? Go and grab the Dating experiment to find out. “Getting over Chloe Collins was a mountain the size of Everest, and I wasn’t sure I was able to climb it.” I loved Chloe- she is bubbly and sassy on one side and insecure on the other side. 1. Best girls’ chat 2. Pizza and tacos 3. Téquila Are guaranteed! Be prepared to LOL, snort a lot and literally cry laughing!

The Dating Experiment by Emma Hart was a fun read. It was a love/hate relationship between the characters that has been happening for years! I mean these two characters would go at it with each other but they both secretly loved the other. It was such a cute dating experiment between them that finally took it over the edge. Dom is just a sexy mess. He loses everything, and Chloe is always there for him, that is after she gives him a talk. It’s hilarious watching these two fight back and forth. This is a constant thing but you can see the frustration and the love that just wants to explode between them. While Dom is chaos Chloe is the stable dependent one. She knows how to do everything well and she keeps the dating company they own, Stupid Cupid, together. Everything that goes on is comical and leads up to their romance. The Dating Experiment wasn’t my favorite in the series though. It felt a little rushed to me. I wish it would have slowed down a little towards the end. Even though I felt it was quick it was still a good read.

The drama, the sexual tension, the...incessant bickering and sniping?! Ah, love. Nobody does it quite like author Emma Hart, and Dom's and Chloe's story is a true gem. I mean, really, how do you set up the person that you've been in love with forever with someone else? How do you send them off to find their happily ever after with someone that isn't, well, you? I've been waiting for Dom and Chloe (well, mostly Dom, to be fair) to get their respective acts together and sort out their business since I met them in THE UPSIDE TO BEING SINGLE. There is all the typical humor, sass, and snark that I've come to expect from Emma's characters, and seeing things from Dom's perspective is a refreshing twist, bringing some sweetness to a guy that it would otherwise be easy to write off as a forgetful dope who doesn't know a good thing when it's right in front of him. These two are made for each other, and seeing them get to their happy place is well worth the wait. Emma's romantic comedies are always a treat, and THE DATING EXPERIMENT is another success. It's easy to recommend these books, because they are a joy to read, and never disappoint. 4.5 sassy, sweet, sexy stars. Don't miss the fun, grab this one and enjoy.

The Dating Experiment is a friends-to-lovers story that is entertaining and steamy that will leave you wanting for more. After reading the synopsis, I could’t wait to read the story and didn’t disappoint at all. At the beginning of the story we get to meet Chloe Collins, a twenty-seven-year old who co-runs a dating website called, Stupid Cupid. She is a very good matchmaker and when the opportunity presented itself to work with her best friend’s brother, she took without knowing that working together all the times was going to be harder than she thought. Ever since they met, Chloe has had a crush on Dom and as years passed her feelings started to grow for him even more. But after ten years of harboring her feelings for him, she has decided to move on with her life and meet someone else. When she sees Dom coming in to work late with yet another beautiful client, Chloe is mad and confronts him. Their bickering turns into a full of argument and at the end she asks him to match her with a guy that she would approve. Dom agrees only if she does the same for him. The rules are simple: they will go on three dates and report back with their progress. Yet, little did she know that this would end backfiring on her and now that she knows what it’s like to kiss Dom, she doesn’t know if moving on is the right thing to do after all. Dominic Austin has the looks to get just about anyone at his beck-and-call and as the co-owner of Stupid Cupid he gets to see women coming in out of his office all day. But no one has his undivided attention other than Chloe Collins. After knowing her for many years and spending time together, he has developed feelings for her that no one else knows about other than his sister. Although they bicker all the time, he loves to fight with her and it drives him crazy that he can’t tell her about his feelings. Not only is she his sister’s best friend, but they’re also business partners and if he admits his feelings for her, he is afraid that it will hurt them personally and professionally. But when she asks him to match her with another guy, he gets jealous and doesn’t know what to do. It’s when he finally decides to kiss her that everything changes and he realizes that he wants to make her his. Now he has to convince her that giving their relationship a try is going to be worth it in the end. I really enjoyed the story, it was fast paced and hotness. The characters felt real and relatable (with the exception that their banters felt a bit overdone.) Nonetheless, the story was well executed and steamy. Both Chloe and Dom have been in love with each other for so long that seeing each other everyday has changed their relationship. Each is desperate to tell the other how their feeling, so there is a lot of frustration in the book as well. Although they fight all the time about anything and everything, Dom still manages to be there for Chloe. He does little things for her everyday that proves just how much he cares for her (which was really sweet). I can sympathize with Chloe and with how she is feeling. She wants to get the guy, but their friendship is important to her and she doesn’t want to get hurt if he doesn’t share the same feelings for her. All in all, the story was witty and funny. If you love to read a friends-to-lover story then I will suggest reading this story and any other by the author. :) ****ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.****

“I don’t want to stop fighting with you , Chlo. If we stop fighting, it means we’ve stopped caring. Even about the little things. I have been really excited to get this story, because I love love love when two people hide their love with silly arguing and pretending to not like each other. Chloe and Dom proved to be a great example of why I continually read these types of stories. Let me start with what I loved most: the witty bantering/arguing. I’ve always been the kind of person that is quick with the comeback, so when I see books that have the same type of heroine, I gravitate toward them. Something Emma does REALLY well in all her books, is to give her characters great dialogue. I love reading stories where the characters not only disagree sometimes, but can make me laugh while they do it. In this story, I not only got to laugh out loud, but my heart felt it, too. So often when someone says “romantic comedy,” people think that perhaps there isn’t any depth to a story. Sure, there isn’t as much angst in this story as others, but as much as I laughed, my heartstrings were also pulled. This series has really been more than I expected. I’ve really enjoyed laughing and feeling all the love from this group of friends!

The 2nd book in The Experiment series based around the three girls - Mellie, Peyton and Chloe - and their relationship with each other (awesome best friends) and with their men!! This is Chloe and Dom's story! The other two books for Mellie and Peyton were sassy, sexy and funny so I was really looking forward to hearing about Chloe, who has been in love with Dom, Peyton's brother, for the past 10 years or so!! Not only that, they work together running a dating site, but man oh man they do not get on well together!! They fight like cat and dog, forever bickering, snarking, sassing and at each other's throats - the banter between them really had me laughing at times, such snark!!! What Chloe doesn't know is that Dom is in love with her also, neither of them thinking the other one has any feelings towards them, especially the way they fight. So Chloe has decided enough is enough and she needs to get over him and move on, and gets him to set up a date off their website - he gets her to do the same, but can they watch each other on dates and move on, or will this trigger something else?? A great read, funny, sexy and sassy - the chemistry and sexual frustration between these two literally jumps off the pages!! Their relationship is any but conventional, but it works for them, and it makes a wonderful read. Highly recommended reading!

The characters are annoying, space cadets with no substance. The plot does not inspire the reader to be emotionally invested in the story. It's boring and I don't know, empty?

Oh how I needed this story after both Peyton and Millie’s HEAs! Plus I just had to know how Dom wins over Chloe. And if Dom and Chloe could ever get their act together. I love Chloe! I love her dedication to the show Friends, everything can be related to something from that show. So I’m glad that Chloe recognizes the appeal. And how dare Dom blasphemy the amazing-ness of that show! I love all 3 couples and their relationships. Peyton and Dom’s crazy family relationship is bar-none, the most awesome I’ve read. I hope they appear in further stories!

5 stars Chloe and Dom. Anyone else think of Fast and the Furious when they hear the name Som? No? Just me then...These two fight worst than any two friends I've ever seen. Either they hate each other or their both holding in some strong feelings for each other. I'll let you guess which one it is. Chloe finally decides she's ready to get over Dom and the feelings she's been harboring for him for the better of 20 years. She knows there's not a chance for them. Dom on the other hand can't stand the idea of seeing Chloe with another guy, but what can he do about it. These two are like night and day, but you can't help but to find yourself rooting for them the whole time. You want one of them to make a move and put the other out of their misery. I've been wanting their story since we first got a glimpse of their relationship. Anyone who argues this much, you know the story is going to be full of angst and sexual tension. The Dating Experiment did not disappoint in either department.

Sexy and Sassy, The Dating Experiment is another great rom-com from Emma Hart. Chloe and Dom are constantly at each others throats. There is a thin line between love and hate, and these two can't help but toe that line. To put it simply, they are explosive together. Ms. Hart writes fabulous friendships, even better relationships, and The Dating Experiment is no exception. This book was fast and fun. It was paced quickly and full of wit and humor, along with a great plot that tugged at your heart a few times. It was a great read to get lost in for a couple of hours.

Another fantastic romantic comedy by Hart. I can always count on her for writing a witty female lead that I would love to be friends with. Chloe is no different. Dom and Chloe have been fighting since The Hook-Up Experiment and readers will not be disappointed for this one. I am truly impressed that Hart keeps the same quality storyline in all of her books.

4 Stars! The Dating Experiment is a friends-to-lovers romance that showcases Emma Hart's fun writing style! The book is shown as book 2 in The Experiment series, but it is really the third book about a trio of lifelong friends finding love. In The Dating Experiment, Chloe, the only remaining single friend is featured. Chloe has been in love with her best friend, Petyon's, older brother, Dom. But they can only seem to communicate by arguing and yet they own half a matchmaking business together. The tension between Chloe and Dom is felt on every page. They are combustible goodness. They banter back and forth. Then they go and bet each other they can't find the other the perfect match. Well, you have to know how that will end. I loved the little push of jealousy between them. I loved the outside interference from their friends/family. A fun, sexy read!

Chloe is a woman on a mission. She's tired of being single, and whats even worse, in love with her best friend's brother. But she can't help it, she's been in love with Dom for what feels like forever. She decides she's going to get over him. Which is a little difficult, since they work together in Stupid Cupid, a matching website. With the support of her friends, and in a heated outburst, she demands that Dom, the man she's in love with and her best friend's brother, to set her up with her perfect match. But she's unaware of the twist she's about to find. Dom knows exactly how Chloe is feeling, since he's in love with her sister's best friend too. Regardless how close they lived to each other since they were young, they're unaware of their true feelings. So when Chloe asks him to pair her up with a date, she didn't expect to be asked the same. I was impressed when both Chloe and Dom decided to match each other with a perfect date. My initial thought was that thew would find a way to set them up with the opposite. But they really want the other to find true love, or as close as true love as they can get. What they thought they knew but they totally didn't, is how they would feel when they see the other happy with their dates. Until Dom's date doesn't work, and Chloe encourages him to tell whoever he likes how he feels. What would happen at the end? You might know how the story goes... but you don't know how it gets to it's HEA. Read The Dating Experiment by Emma Hart. You won't regret it.

Chloe Collins has been in love with her best friends older brother for as long as she can remember. Complicated doesn't begin to describe their relationship. Co-owners of the dating site Stupid Cupid and barely getting along at the best of times, Chloe decides she is finally ready to give up her lifelong crush on Dominic Austin. Dominic Austin had no idea how Chloe felt about him, and when she suddenly decides that it's time for her to be set up on a date of her own, everything they thought they knew about each other is going to change. And now Dom realizes that its up to him to take their non-relationship into his own hands... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chloe has been hiding her crush on Dom for a very long time. With all of their fighting and their sharing of a business together, it has never seemed like a good idea to come clean. With her two best friends rooting for her, she decides if she really wants to move on then she needs to start seriously dating, and she knows just the person to find her a match... Dominic is forever losing things and constantly driving Chloe crazy. Completely clueless about the kind of attention he attracts from women, he is flabbergasted when Chloe admits she once had feelings for him. And then, Dom is further thrown for a loop when Chloe asks him to find her a date... but if they are really doing this, then she should have to do the same for him. This book was a fun and sexy read, with two characters whose bickering can only lead to something hot and heavy... if they would only ever let that happen. I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review. Check out the Blog! www.nightbirdnovels.com

Loved the frenemies to lovers story Once again, Emma Hart has outdone herself. The Dating Experiment, the second half of ‘The Experiment’ duet was an absolutely funny, endearingly entertaining and steamy sexy rom/com of a standalone. Yeah, I know I said it was part of a duet, but not in the traditional sense. Book 2 focuses on a different couple from book 1, The Hook-Up Experiment. This is Chloe and Dom’s story. It’s a best friends to lovers tale and it’s deliciously amusing, sexy as sin and just a plain, good old fashioned romp. The characters were spot on, as usual for Emma, the writing had me in tears of laughter more than once and of course the ending was in my mind, flipping awesome. Dom and Chloe were perfect for each other. They’d both harboured feelings for the other for a long time, but they both thought they were meant for someone else, but when the green-eyed giant reared its ugly head things soon took a different tack and set them on a completely new track. When they are finally brought together it had a lot of emotions raging under the surface and then bubbling over. Not all was sunshine and roses though, these two had a lot to work through to get to where they belonged. The dual POV let us inside their heads and gave us the perspective we may have missed from one if it had been a single POV. The chemistry between them was hard to hide, even with their snarly bantering and pretending to hate each other. I loved the push and pull they had going and was rooting for them the whole time. Hearing from Peyton and Mellie was a nice bonus too.

These two are the epitome of sexual tension. There has been build up from other books and I have been dying to get my hands on these two. I absolutely love their bickering and how much they get under each other's skin. The book was packed with fun and hilarious. They are magnets to each other and they don't know how to navigate any of it. I was hooked and kept reading and reading and read it in less than a day. I absolutely loved it!

I don’t know about you guys, but I am so happy to have finally gotten my hands on Chloe and Dom’s story. The tension between these two has had curiosity peaked for a while now and I am happy to report that these two do not disappoint! The Dating Experiment is a fun and sexy romantic comedy. From the moment you dive into Chloe and Dom’s story, you can’t help but be captivated by these two. They fight like cats and dogs and mix about as well as oil and vinegar. But, all that fighting leads to some amazing tension. Their banter will have you furiously turning the pages to see just was going to happen between these two. The Dating Experiment is filled with hilarious moments, moments that will take your breath away and moments that will have you wanting to rip your hair out. The writing is smart and entertaining. The story-line will consume you and before you know it, you’ll find yourself at the end of another fun romance. The Dating Experiment hit all the marks for me with it’s humor and entertaining sexual tension. The characters are a riot and so easy to connect with. I loved falling in love with these characters and getting lost in their story!

For Chloe and Dominic love is serious business. For two people launching a dating site it has to be. The problems start when professional and personal collide. Matters of the heart have a way of creating a great deal of chaos. Emma Hart gives romance a sense of humor. With a stroke of a pen and an abundance of heart she makes love's human complications, irresistible fun. Ms. Hart has a permanent place on my favorites shelf.
