So angry. Tried this diet, struggled every day for weeks and nothing happened. Then, to hear that Dr. Travis is coming out with another book. I could have used my money on something better. My sister used the Hungry Chick Diet Solution from Chef Jai and she saw results that first week. I should have listened. I should have bought that book.
