About the Author

Meryl Lowell is certified as an advanced level Yoga Nidra facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida. She has completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training with Eric Walrabenstein, one of the most sought after authorities on the application of yogic technology and founder of Yoga Pura in Phoenix, Arizona. Meryl facilitates Yoga Nidra in South Lake Tahoe and various locations when traveling. She has been exploring and practicing different forms of meditation since 2004 and feels that Yoga Nidra makes meditation and deep relaxation accessible to everyone. She was walking on a mountain when it occurred to her to write children's books which would incorporate the techniques of Yoga Nidra to empower children to experience peace, ease, and happiness.

Polina is an internationally successful artist who resides in Khakov, Ukraine. She works in the mediums of sketching, painting, sand art,and graphic arts. In addition to illustrating books, she has considerable experience in creating storyboards for cinema and advertising, as well as creating unique logos.
