Overview

The Dragon-Phoenix Prophecy is a young adult science fantasy series that is inspired by works such as Narnia, Lord of the Rings, and the Amber and Dragonriders of Pern Series of novels. It weaves history, art, and science together with Western and Asian culture. In this elaborate multiverse, where each parallel universe is a mirror of the other: some a tranquil reflection of the Earth, others a distorted and evil manifestation of the Earth, the Earth is teetering precariously on the brink of destruction, caught in the eternal struggle between good and evil - yin and yang.

The Elders Puzzle is the first book in the Dragon-Phoenix Prophecy. In Book One, Liam and Sophia, young orphaned teenagers, under the watchful gaze of the Literati, a centuries old organization pledged to protect the world from the Dyscordians, will unknowingly begin their epic journey. In a race across universes and time they must solve the Elders Puzzle and unlock the secrets of Xi'an and the Terra Cotta Warriors with the help of the Literati before the Dyscordians, or the Earth will be doomed to fall under the domain of Mornyx and Eristra for eternity. Travel along with the Twins as they learn to traverse parallel universes, travel to mysterious places such as the Garden of the Scholars; battle Djinns and other denizens of Dystopia, and unravel the riddles of the Chi'an Scrolls.
