Tried the diet and lost 41 lbs in 120 days. Had to get creative with food choices and meal composition but the results were worth it. I've been promoting this diet every since. Use of spices and non-fat yogurt makes protein phase and protein days very doable. Not being limited to portion sizes or calculating calories made this diet easy to do and easy to stay committed to. THANK-YOU Dr. Dukan :)

The first day I was tired but that quickly passed and after that I felt great. Great diet. Three weeks into it I have lost 15 lbs and feel wonderful. Very motivating!

This is the only diet that really worked for me.  I lost 100 lbs. in 7 months.  The key to this diets success is there is a plan to keep the weight off.  Plus you don't have to measure, weigh and record what you eat.  You get to eat if you are hungry.

This is an intelligent book that explains clearly what to do to lose weight and why. It also provides some insights in people's psychology, particularly in relation to dieting. If you follow the instructions consistently, you will not be hungry and will begin losing weight rather quickly.

It did make me dizzy and weak, but I have lost 27 lbs since December 2011. I keep falling off the wagon so to speak due to lack of motivation and other road blocks. Overall good diet, I hope to get back on track soon!

Terrible diet. Made me feel weak. After 3 days, excessive protiens tasted awful. They sit in your stomach like a huge lump. After 4 days, I was exhausted, my stomach roiled, i was dizzy and weak. All that to lose 2 pounds. Don't waste your time or money.
