The Ebola pandemic raging in Africa provides Howard Frazer another chance of being a medic. His career as an army medic ended when he suffered wounds in Iraq. The loving relationship with his brother Frank shatters when he learns of Frank’s careless behavior. Dr. Ellner was a legal consultant in infectious disease as an expert witness.
