ROBERT DAVIES' 25-year career has embraced a range of senior management roles from business planning and change management to product development and pricing. He has hands-on experience with organizational change, having been personally responsible for the design and conduct of enterprise transformation projects. Under the auspices of the internationally renowned Cass Business School, part of London's City University UK, he has conducted major research study programs. Notably, with the aid of the CEOs of eight of the UK's leading general insurers he has worked to isolate the business characteristics of successful companies in the Insurance Industry of the future.
