This is one of the best cookbooks I own. I love Chinese food from restaurants and i've been trying to find a cookbook that can provide a meal that is comparable. Not only are the recipes easy to follow, the ingredients are authentic and easy to find at grocery stores like Woodman's. I've made about 3-4 different recipes and I haven't been disappointed yet. If you love Chinese food, this is the book to buy!

Purchased this book at my local Barnes and Noble. I went shopping for all the ingredients. I made recipes to exact meas. and ingredients. Every recipe I made tasted nothing like the great chinese restaurants in upstate N.Y.. I can't beleve these recipes went through scrutiny. Every recipe tasted like it came from a 'Better Homes and Garden' cookbook. My opinion is to save your time and money on this book.
