She leverages her own experience with posttraumatic growth to serve as a guide for her clients to determine where they are now, where they want to go, and how to connect the two. She fundamentally believes that everyone wants to be known and that starts with knowing yourself.

In addition, she has the honor of being part of others' journeys toward becoming a certified life coach by serving as a Coach Trainer with Coach Training EDU.
