No matter where you are now in your career, you are still capable of much more than you think. It is mainly a question of desire.
Ask yourself, “Do I really want to achieve more than I currently am, and will doing so bring me happiness?”
If the answer to these questions is yes and if you are willing to focus and act consistently to implement the insights herein, then this book is for you.
If you implement the insights in this book, even in part, then I guarantee that you will see results and build momentum to change your life for the better. I can make this guarantee because I have spent two decades working to help people design and deliver change, and I have made sure that the framework in this book is underpinned with rock-solid neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and powerful consulting frameworks.
This is what the Executive Entrepreneur’s journey is all about: applying practical tools and approaches to achieve more and to bring more into the world of what you want to create.
And you want to create and extend yourself, not because you necessarily lack anything, but because you want to be able to give and do more, both for yourself and your peers, but also for your family and loved ones. You are a person who wants to bring more joy, success, and prosperity into the world through your work.

Kevin is a business consultant and a qualified coach, specializing in helping people just like you to transform and grow their business. He’s worked with a wide range of leaders over the last 20 years, including secretaries of state, chief executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and a wide range of senior executives. Following a career as a high-flying civil servant, he worked as a management consultant in KPMG and Capgemini. He reached the equivalent of partner as a member of PA Consulting’s Management Group before setting up his own consulting and coaching business, where he now specializes in business transformation and growth. He has lead national and global change programmes, corporate mergers, project turnarounds, cost reduction drives and nine figure investments in service transformation. He is what the Harvard Business Review calls a “triple strength” leader, having deep experience of driving change across public, private and not-for-profit organisations. His clients know the world is changing and that they need to adapt their services and products, perhaps even their whole organization, in order to survive. But they are also tired of surviving and want to thrive. They have big ambitions and want to implement them quickly. They may also feel that they lack sufficient clarity, resources, time, knowledge or a combination of all of these. They need someone to help them break through these challenges so that they can establish the business that they desire. Kevin loves helping people through these challenges and sees his job as enabling his clients to succeed and thrive. He offers a variety of coaching and training programs and also provides tailored business consulting services for larger organizations.
