Not the best. Good character development. Actual story line. No graphic sex scenes.

Wedding fever has hit Marietta! Local girl turned star Nancy has decided she wants to have her wedding in her hometown and use local vendors. First up are dresses for her two hard to please bridesmaids, and for those, Married in Marrietta is the place to go. Bridal shop owner, Lisa Renee thought she had seen it all, but these two are trying her patience. At the same time, she can't help but wish for her Happily Ever After. Dr. Adam Brady has landed in Marietta after a stint in Washington, D.C. He loves small-town hospital work that does not force him to choose a specialty. He also loves the anonymity he has after all the publicity he faced after his lottery win. When he spots the lovely volunteer, dressed all in black, reading Fairy Tales to a sick patient, he is intrigued. As these two get to know each other, it is a sweet, quick romance. Unfortunately, both have secrets and are hesitant to trust each other. Adam is also nervous that the wedding's publicity will change his anonymity. Can these two make it past the secrets to Happily Ever After? A novella, this is a quick read with two good people who come together quickly. I enjoyed Lisa's interactions with her celebrity clients, as well as her interactions with Adam. A fun beginning to this Wedding series, it is another great trip to Marietta, the small town with a big heart and lots of interesting characters.

We've met Lisa Renee in so many of the Marietta bride stories that it is nice to finally see her get her own happily ever after. Overall I enjoyed this story; I gave it 3 stars, however, because I thought that some parts of the plot could have been thought through more carefully and realistically. I felt the premise of the lottery win and fame because of it hanging over him to be a bit of a stretch, however. These days a million (I'm assuming this is the amount because at one point the book stated "could have spent his million dollars") is not much and for a million dollar lottery winner who moves hundreds of miles from the big city where he won to be remembered and recognized by the press months later, and for the reporter to be speculating whether he perhaps knows the "celebs" who are in town for the wedding, is pretty farfetched. To make his concerns over being recognized for his lottery win seem more valid, it would have had to have been a much more spectacular lottery win, in my opinion. The saving grace for me was Lisa's character development - losing her baby sister to leukemia and then losing her other sister years later when she ran away with Lisa's fiance - you can see how these experiences have shaped her to be the person she is today.

This was a fun read! Unexpected love almost undone by secrets! An author who is newer to me, but has me hooked! **I received an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion**

3 - "Don't jump to conclusions." Stars. The Fairy Tale Bride is the first book I have read by this author, it is also the first book in a brand series of novellas set in Marietta, Montana. I have spent quite a bit of time in this town and with it’s inhabitants whilst reading other series that Tule Publishing have released in the past, and it is always good to return for a catch up! Lisa and Adam’s relationship is one built on secrets, the towns Wedding officiando and owner of Married in Marietta getting together with the hospitals newest and most eligible Doctor causes a few tongues to wag. Both of them are keeping things from their past under wraps, and you know as the story progresses it is going to be a bit of an issue as they become closer as a couple. ”I don’t have much luck with sisters.” I liked this first novella, I didn’t love it. Adam was sweet but a little weak willed and Lisa, although I understood her issues, I still found her a little judgmental. But it is a quick, easy, predictably cute read, and well worth a couple of hours visiting Marietta and it’s residents again. ”Every girl should get her fairy tale.” ARC generously provided via Netgalley, in exchange for the above honest review.

We all have secrets that we don't want to share. Lisa Renee certainly does. She doesn't want to remember how her fiancée and her sister ran away then married. It hurt her deeply. Can she learn to trust again? Now she puts all her energy into making her bridal shop successful. Dr. Adam Brady is new to town. He wanted to escape the notoriety. He won the lottery and became the Millionaire Doctor. He was never sure if people liked him or his money. He's starting over in Marietta. He's drawn to Lisa and she to him. Can they put the past behind them and find a future together? I liked Lisa and Adam. They are good people. They are both loving and caring. The excitement with the celebrity wedding added to their love story. The drama and humor were priceless. I'm looking forward to Nancy and Jared's story. I love visiting Marietta. It's a place I wished I lived. This small Montana town is where family and friends provide love and support. This Fairy Tale Bride was destined to find love. I enjoyed Scarlet Wilson's story.

It is the wedding season in Marrieta, so Lisa owner of the wedding store will be busy. In fact you will be laughing along, with the celebrity wedding that is happening. In Lisa's spare time she volunteers at the local hospital reading fairy tales to patients, shouldn't everyone believe in fairy tales. New doctor in town, Adam has arrived with his own secrets but enjoying the small town of Marietta. Sparks begin to fly between Lisa and Adam, but will their secrets get the best of them. A sweet small town romance, that will want you to visit Marietta this summer. I highly recommend this book. I received this book from Net galley for an honest review.

Sweet romance in the town of Marietta, Montana. It is always lovely to visit the town, and 'meet' with the old friends from there. This story is the first one in the wedding series, and it certainly puts the reader in the mood for romance and weddings. There was extra spice to the story with the celebrity wedding preparations (what happen to the couple, and the wedding?? I really wanted to know...) and the problems with Lisa's sister, that didn't come into a complete conclusion as well. I loved the volunteering Lisa was doing at the hospital. Also the drama and danger that came with Adam's complete surrender to his job, and dedication to help all, no matter the situation, gave more depth to the story, even though it brought a few wrinkles in the fragile and new relationship. The romance between Adam and Lisa is not easy. The attraction and connection is there, but like everyone else, they have history, and past, that they rather keep to themselves. But despite the many events that put waves on the romance between the doctor and wedding gown shop owner, love wins. Clearly through the story comes the message how important honesty, openness, and trust is in any relationship. A lovely novella, perfect for a rainy spring evening ~ Three Spoons with a teaspoon on the side

Lisa owns Married in Marietta, the bridal shop in town, and Adam is the new doctor in town. There are sparks between them instantly. But they both have things in their pasts that make trusting someone in a relationship difficult. They slowly get to know each other, but will his secret scare her off? I really loved this story. It was fun picturing the dresses and gowns in the shop. And with the Hollywood wedding coming up in town, there was definitely drama in the form of two spoiled Hollywood actresses. Lisa is a wonderful, loving person, and I wish she was real because I would love to hang out with her. Adam was a great character too. A very caring doctor who puts patients first. Great love story for the owner of Married in Marietta.

Sweet small town romance. Lisa Renee’s bridal shop just got the customer of a lifetime. Marietta’s own Nancy Parsons is now a big time Hollywood star. She has come home for her wedding. She needs bride’s maid dresses. The only problem is Lisa has no idea the bride’s maids aren’t very good customers. They insult every dress in the shop. They can’t agree on anything. They can’t even keep their appointments straight. Lisa is at her wits ends with them. Good thing she has her volunteer job at Marietta General Hospital. At least she can escape the chaos for a few hours while making children other patients happy with her visits. There is a new doctor in town. Dr. Adam Brady recently moved from Washington DC to this small town in hopes no one would recognize him as the doctor who won the lottery. Maybe he can have a normal life and live and work without any interruptions. When he notices Lisa reading to a little girl, he has to know who she is. He has no idea what he is about to get into. With celebrities and paparazzi all over the town, Adam fears someone might recognize him as what he was known as before he moved to Marietta, the millionaire doctor. He wants to keep a low profile but hanging out with Lisa makes it hard to do. Will he sacrifice his secret to get to know Lisa or should he just move on and stay away from all the hoopla? Can Lisa forget the heartbreak of her past in order to open up to new love? Having her fiancé run off with her sister is a tough one to forget. I enjoyed this story a lot.
