Haylie Pomroy delivers an inspiring book on how to heal your metabolism with 28 days of delicious food, how to repair your metabolism and your entire relationship with food, and portrays learning to love food again. The author reflects on relearning to love, taste, and smell food. In addition, she provides information on food texture, and all the ways that food nourishes your body and soul. Try the recipe for the Peach Sorbet. OMG! It is sooooo good!

I've been a private chef for over 15 years and very happy to find Haylie's cook book! After reading her Fast Metabolism book and utilizing some of her techniques to boost the metabolism of my client's I can seen some remarkable progress. Not only have my client's lost some unwanted weight they also get to enjoy some fantastic recipes without giving up great food they enjoy. I would recommend her book to anybody loves great food and want to lose weight at the same time!

This diet cookbook is a great extension to her diet book. Everything is easy to make and sounds good. I really wish her app would be on google play in addition to the apple store because I don't have a apple device. That would make things much easier as I'm on the go all the time :-)

I loved her Diet book. Couldn't wait for the cookbook to come out. There are very few recipes in the cookbook. I haven't used any so far. It's not worth the money.
