This is neither book nor cookbook. It is a synopsis of the author's actual book, with a few recipes thrown in at the end. If you are curious about her actual book, this might provide some insight, but other than that, it's a waste of time and disk space.
If you really want to look younger and wake up feeling amazing, the Fifty, Fit and Fabulous method is the most natural way for you regain your youthfulness. Period. Obviously the dietary issues make a massive difference so the Cook Book provides you with the most delicious ways to keep yourself in the best possible shape, inside and out. Eating naturally is always the best way forwards and, as a professional nutritionist, this list of recipes ticks every box for me. I’m already familiar with Ms Parry’s other works on health and wellbeing and she’s one of the most reliable sources for great advice and truly effective techniques on the subject of natural weight loss and improved health and wellbeing.
