Christian Indie Awards 2018 Nominee for Nonfiction - Bible Study
The chronological harmonizing of the parallel accounts of the four Gospels provides a unique reading experience. In it, nothing has been added and nothing has been deleted. Because a true chronological harmony has proven historically to be very difficult, harmonizing authors usually attempt parallel columns. This bold individual effort by Nikola Dimitrov to place all Gospel events in order, though again exclusively in the original wording of the King James Version, we believe is largely accurate, yet certainly according to his personal understanding as a man of God, pastor, and scholar. Thus, the Four in One Gospels certainly cannot substitute for the original as God divinely inspired the original writers, each with its own unique style and content, and with a unique purpose. Nonetheless, this book may serve either an enjoyable read for a new believer in order to gain a bird's-eye view, comprehensive of the four Gospels or as an aid to the deeper study of the comparative texts.

About the Author
During his 22 years of full time ministry, Nikola Dimitrov has served the Lord as a pastor, Bible teacher, preacher and educator in the Body of Christ. He started his first church in 1994, which is still standing today, and in 1998 started his traveling ministry. The two new church groups he is leading now, in two different regions, were established a year ago, starting with only Nikola's family members, and they are both growing fast, influencing their respective regions with the Gospel. They are both part of the "Life in Glory" network of churches in Bulgaria (www.lifeinglory.org). Nikola is one of the translators and editors of Vetil Media Ministry, devoted to publishing progressive Christian literature in the Bulgarian language. The ministry has translated and published more than 30 books. Within that context, Nikola publishes Christian children's literature as well, because no matter what revival we experience, if we don’t invest in the next generationour childrenall will be lost in 30-40 years. Ever since Nikola gave his life to Christ, the Lord has kept on his heart the desire to write a chronological life of the Lord Jesus as a single narrative in an easy-to-read format. Some who would never read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in sequence in the Bible might read the story of the life of Jesus in one volume. This was not intended to be a substitute for the four Gospels, but rather, an accessible key to understanding the four biblical perspectives in one contextual setting. To prepare for this work, Nikola gathered materials from the most respected Bible encyclopedias, dictionaries, and concordances, Bible charts, tables, timelines and online publications. He studied theological works, debates, chronological tables and other attempts at a similar study, including the International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, The Interlinear Bible, The Strong's Concordance, Dake's Annotated Reference Bible, e-Sword Bible software, Charles Templeton's New Testament in Modern Speech, Aaron Bible University chronological Bible, The Bulgarian Orthodox Bible's chronological tables, and many others. His study and work, as well as that of his team of professionals both in Bulgaria and in the USA, continued for more than 10 years of word-for-word analysis, leading finally to The Four in One Gospel of Jesus, published by Nordskog Publishing in 2017. Nikola is married to his beautiful wife and co-worker in the Lord’s field, Helen, and they have two amazing teenage girls: Annie (which means grace) and Mikaela (which means Who is like God?). Both are part of Nikola and Helen's ministry, serving in the area of music.

The Four In One Gospel of Jesus, by Nikola Dimitrov is awesome! This is a compilation of the books Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in what Dimitrov feels is chronological order. This book contains a table of contents listing the 31 chapters, each containing several subtitles for easy searching for topics. The author has also written an introduction explaining how he put the books together and the wording he used. At the end of the book, the author has written a message for those who do not know the Lord. This is great for those searching as well as a great tools for those witnessing to others. The back of the book also contains the family lineage of Jesus, listings of identical scriptures, fulfillment of old testament scripture, and general information. The author points out this book is not a substitute for the Bible. This book is just amazing! I feel this is a great book for every Christian to have to use as a reference or just for reading to help put the events of the four books in order that they happened. I also feel this is a must have reference book for churches. I received a copy of this book from the author through the BookClub Network. I have written an honest review.
