Who says the fireworks of the Fourth of July are only in the sky? This collection of very short stories all center around experiencing true love and are each related in some way to the Fourth of July concept. Through the mystery of time, the technology of the internet or a soul’s reincarnation, each story in The Fourth of Julyis created by a talented author with their own unique style of writing a light and brief romantic tale that sparks that warm and fuzzy feeling! I did find myself liking some stories more than others, but each merits its own recognition as a light and fast read! Do NOT expect deep and developed, expect a quick and pleasant easy to read escape! Denise Alicea, Kate Hofman, Ellen Margret, Rachel E. Moniz and Mary Alice Pritchard have each done a wonderful job of conveying their message. If you have only a few minutes to escape into a book, reading one story at a time is a good way to take a short break!
