Allison Alsup is an award-winning writer, teacher, and designer. She holds a BA in French literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an MFA in creative writing from Emerson College. Alsup is a dedicated Francophile whose favorite drink is champagne, making her the perfect New Orleans resident!
Elizabeth Pearce describes herself as a "self-employed cocktail historian." She has a BA in English from Louisiana State University and MA in education from the University of New Orleans. Pearce offers cocktail tours of her favorite city. Born in Covington, Louisiana, she now calls New Orleans home.
Richard Read is the director of marketing for NOCCA and an instructor at the University of New Orleans in the arts administration program. He holds a BA in English and MA in theatre and arts administration.
