Hope Kelley is Writer, Executive Producer and Director for Hope Kelley Productions. Since 1991, her company has been producing television programming and documentaries in the United States and abroad. Ms. Kelley specializes in the production of entertainment magazine style programs, primarily for the resort and travel industries. She was awarded the prestigious honor of producing and directing a documentary about Project Hope and Founder, Dr. William Walsh, in Washington, D.C. Ms. Kelley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. As a Journalist, she began her broadcasting career for ABC in Austin, and at the Dallas ABC News Bureau at the Capitol in Austin, Texas.

Awesome book! Will never view eating and at my food in the same way. Hopefully, this book just killed some of my bad habits.

I loved this book! It offers a refreshing look at our attitudes and awareness regarding our relationship with food. Ms. Kelley writes in such a casual, honest and supportive way, it is easy to feel like you're taking to a really good friend. Given the effort the fast-food and junk food producers make to get us to eat their products, it's no wonder we find ourselves feeling out of control around food. But Ms. Kelley never made me feel guilty. After reading just the first few pages, I noticed a change in my attitude toward portion sizes. The book from beginning to end has so many thoughtful and insightful ideas. For example, I hadn't thought about my relationship with food like a relationship with a person, but actually there are a lot of similarities, which she makes very clear in this pre-diet book. Ms. Kelley calls a spade a spade and tells it like it is, but in a loving and understanding way. This book will definitely increase your awareness which is the first step toward changing anything. I highly recommend this book!
