The Gluten-Free, Hassle-Free Cookbook is excellent for those who need to follow a gluten-free diet. The book is full of tasty recipes for main courses as well as starters, sides, soups, breads, and sweet treats. All of the recipes I tried were quite delicious. My family and I especially liked the Black Bean Burgers with Creamy Cilantro Pesto, which had a refreshing kick. In addition to being gluten free, many recipes are milk free, egg free, soy free, nut free and vegetarian as well. Those designations are clearly indicated at the top of each recipe. Furthermore, each recipe includes nutritional information and information for those who are following a FODMAP diet. This book opens the door to many delicious gluten-free creations that you can share with your family.
The Gluten-Free, Hassle-Free Cookbook is a comprehensive yet easy to follow book with a plethora of fool-proof recipes ranging from Sole Saint-Tropez to Cinnamon Sugar Cookies.
