As someone who needs to eat gluten free, I of course appreciate the recipes in this book. But I also like that it includes workouts and lifestyle tips. My teenage daughter also suffers from celiac and it makes me happy that she has role models like Caroline to show her that she doesn't need to be on a crazy diet to live a healthy life.
