A book of outstanding quality that depicts a Navajo way of life that is becoming extinct in many areas. A must read if you are acquainted with the Navajo culture or are curious about it.

This book is wonderful for children from age 1 to 99. The Goat in the Rug is a cute little story about a goat and her owner making a rug. Navajo children can relate to this.
