Half-Italian, half-Venezuelan food consultant and blogger. Claudia grew up in Venezuela, moved to Italy when she was 8 and stopped putting ketchup and mayonnaise on her pasta. However, she didn't stop savoring Cuban cuisine in Miami, sushi in Tokyo and scones in London. She loves veggies, suitcases, airports, hats, Christmas & books.
