Overview
There has been a lot of attention given to the Law of Attraction, affirmations and conscious creation. Yet, many are finding that these techniques are not working for them. It is not the information that is in error, but the foundation and background which need to precede using these techniques that are missing. Quantum physics has changed our perception of the nature of reality, and it is exciting now that physics and metaphysics are beginning to come together to explain this new reality. The Handbook of Life is meant to identify and explain these key foundational principles for the successful navigation of life, and the Workbook is comprised of Exercises which allows for further and more experiential knowledge of these principles. There are 10 topics, meant to be taken one at a time, followed by a choice of Exercise in that topic. I know the temptation will be there to read through to the end at the beginning. That’s ok, and if you feel like doing the exercises or topics out of order, that’s fine too. You can’t make a mistake! I do suggest, however, that you take all the time you need to do all of the exercises eventually. It’s the difference between the Cliff notes version, or the whole enchilada. Good luck in your quest!
