About the Author
Tamara is positively personified, unequivocally frank and a self confessed chatterbox who oozes wit, charm and intelligence. A 30-something from London, she is a dedicated entrepreneur and mother to four lively children. But this has not always been the case because Tamara has been faced with, and has overcome, her fair share of challenging situations which have at times had paralysing emotional effects. The result; Tamara suffered from depression for some years as a young adult but her determination and positivity won through and she successfully pulled herself out of it without any counseling or medication. She now wants to share the self taught art of Being Happy with others as she truly believes that everyone can achieve this state of being and the even better news is that it’s easier than everyone thinks.
