I have been a Veg for over 30 years, Vegan almost 7 and a Vegan Coach w'the www.VeganLivingProgram.org for 4 and have found the greatest 'downfall' of those who want to make this change in their lives is 'how'. Younger folks have just not grown up familar w'basic cooking as older generations did. Lindsay Nixon's books, ALL of them share 'how' to cook a HEALTHY Vegan diet for one or two using the bacic concept of a Whole Food, Plant Based, No added Oils or (WFPBNO) as delineated by the main 'names' in aHealthy Plant Based diet, Drs Greger, Campbell, Furhman, Ornish, Pritkin, Esselston, etc. This book is the best resource for 'HOW' to develop a change to a WFPBNO lifestyle w'out a personal guide. Lindsay shares all the basics and removes many of the stumbling blocks to this change in our busy lives. Vegan is a moral choice while a WFPBNO diet is a personal and the most healthy choice and this book is there for BOTH!

I've been eating a plant based diet for a couple of years now, and just couldn't get the right balance. Lindsay Nixon has made going plant-base easy with this book giving great tips, and lots of information to get you started or build on what you already know. I would recommend this book for anyone that wants to get started or learn a little more about living on a plant-base diet.
