This has to be one of the funniest books I have ever read! This is look behind closed doors, all the screams & laughs! M.E has the gift of gab & the reading is fast & easy just as if she was telling the stories over a cup of coffee! Do yourself a favor & read this book! Then you will HAVE to get her second look behind the door with "the happy hen house"! Now I am looking forward to the third book she is working on as we speak! As a guy the bits about men are some of the best!
As I was flying across the country, I reached into my bag to enjoy a book I had just purchased to pass the time away. I couldn't contain my laughter and the outburst were often. I know this because several passengers asked me what I was reading that would have me laughing, smiling and in such a good mood. I highly recommend this read ! I have told everyone I know that they HAVE to read this! By the time I landed in Portland Oregon, I had my section dying laughing as I was reading excerpts to them.
This woman is hands down hilarious. From the stories within her wax rooms to her experiences with clients, she is completely honest and totally raw. Her ability to make a woman feel comfortable during such an awkward experience says a lot about her personality. This book is a MUST READ! Any questions that you might consider "taboo" are out in the open and ready to be confronted. Breaking stereotypes and uplifting women is what this book is all about. Wish I could give it 10 stars!
I bought this book for a light read and I loved it. I go to see her so I knew I wanted to hear some of her stories about waxing and a little bit about her. I enjoy going to see her every month because she is a great person and so funny so I knew I was going to like this book. As I got reading it I just started laughing. On top of how funny this book is it is also very informative for any women/man weather they have or have not gotten a wax. I passed this book on to my friend who read and passed it to another friend and so on and so on. Now I am happy to say I don't know where the book is but my friends come up to me and tell me how much they loved it all the time. I just bought her second book and cant wait to start reading it. I recommend this to anyone. Keep your mind open and enjoy!!
