I received this book as a gift roughly 4 months ago. And in that 4 months, after following it. I have lost 50 LBS! For the brits, that's 22.6796 kg. And again that's in 4 months. I have gone from a size 24 (US) pants to a size 16 (US) pants. In the Uk that's from a uk size 26 to an UK size 18. I'm super excited because who would have thought I'd already be at my halfway goal after only 4 months. This really does work! I'm hoping that by May I'll be down and maintaining at my end goal. If I keep it up at the rate I'm going now I definitely will be. Best part about this, I'm not skipping or denying myself anything. I'm simply eating healthier and better foods and have pretty much cut out all processed foods. I'm loving the new me, because honestly, my personality's changed for the better to. I'm not doubting myself as much anymore and my confidence has really boosted up and the biggest change.... I'm alot healthier and alot of my 'medical problems' have cleared right up.
