I am a fan of Sarah Brightman in general, but I wish that she would have had some proper coaching with her voice. She has so much potential, but her technique doesn't seem to be quite correct, which is sad since her music is so different and inventive. She could be absolutely fabulous if she worked on bringing out the best in her voice instead of settling for less. There are moments when she really shines on this album, especially in her higher range. My favorite tracks were Nessun Dorma, Anytime Anywhere, La Luna, and Snow on the Sahara.

I an a long time Sarah Brightman fan, and went to this concert when in St. Louis. It was a mind'blowing concert live, and this CD is just as impressive.

I love this album. Sarah's voice was already far ahead and more beautiful than anybody else in the world - anytime, anywhere! I don't know how she does it, but she has surpassed herself again. Sarah's voice is even more beautiful and more full on this album than ever before. I get chills listen to most of the songs. All the songs are so very beautiful and wonderful. I attended the Harem concert in Gothenburg in Sweden and this album reminisce me back to that phenomenal concert, with the same outstanding beautiful songs. Sarah has a fabulous voice on all her studio-recorded albums but her voice is always greater, warmer and more astonishing when she sings live. I wish I could have attended more Harem concerts. On this album there are 15 live songs from the Harem concert and the wonderful studio track "Snow on the Sahara". All the songs are amazing, but I will here point out some of the songs: "Harem overture", this song is a fabulous variant of Sarah's normal "Harem". Sarah vocalizes on this song with her bright, absolutely breathtaking voice. Great rhythm. Wow! "Dust in the wind" Sarah gets accompany by two acoustic guitar players on this incredible song. Sarah's voice sparkles with joy. This version gives this great song new life. So lovely. "Anytime, anywhere", one of my all time favourite. Sounds so marvellous on this album. I thought the version on "One Night in Eden" was the ultimate, but this version is even better. "Nessun Dorma", Sarah sings this aria better than any tenors or sopranos. This song is written for a male's voice. There is so much difference between Sarah's voice and a tenor's. There is so much love and joy in Sarah's voice that if you listen to a tenor after, it sound like a dreary funeral hymn. Sarah sings "Nessun Dorma" superb. Listen to Sarah's voice in "Nessun Dorma" gives me goosey all over. "Free", a very wonderful song. Sarah sings it so fantastic and the violin is so beautiful. "A Whiter shade of pale", who wants to listen to Procol Harum after listen to Sarah's version? Sarah's version is much more beautiful. Brilliant. So fantastic. "Wishing you were somehow here again", my all time Andrew Lloyd Webber favourite. Sarah sings it so perfectly. So warm and bright. "Time to say goodbye", Sarah's most famous song. I love this song so much. I love it as a duet. But I love it even more when Sarah sings it solo, as she does on this album. Because it's Sarah's voice I want to listen to. It's so incredible beautiful on this album. Sarah has the most wonderful charisma and is so talented. So warm-heartedness. Sarah's beautiful kind eyes and warm smile goes straight to my heart and soul. This album is my favourite and I can highly recommend it.

Listening to this cd just carried me back to the Harem concert! Sarah's voice is absolutely perfect and utterly beautiful. She loves singing in front of a live audience and it is so evident. The bonus track of Snow On The Sahara was such a gift - it's a great new song. Great cd! Way to go Sarah!

From the first note of the opening track, "Kama Sutra", you are immediately taken away into the mysterious and beautiful world of the entrancing British soprano, Sarah Brightman. This incredible and talented lady is known for her "chameleonic" voice which can effortlessly change from full operatic soprano to a light ethereal pop sound. She shows off her glorious soprano range in songs like Puccini's "Nessun Dorma" and Dvorak's "La Luna". She shows us her pop/rock side in beautiful renditions of songs like "Dust In The Wind", "A Whiter Shade Of Pale" and "Free". Of course she includes the world famous "Phantom Of The Opera Overture" and "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" which she made famous as the original Christine in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom Of The Opera" in London and New York. Also included on this live CD is the smash hit "Time To Say Goodbye", the out of this world "Question Of Honour", and a new gorgeous studio track called "Snow On The Sahara". All of which will shend shivers down your spine. So, whether you're into opera, musical theatre, rock, pop, new age or traditional Middle Eastern music, Sarah Brightman has got you covered on this album. So, order now! You won't regret it. ALSO! A DVD of this amazing concert filmed in March of 2004 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas will be released on the 19th of October. AND, Sarah Brightman is coming back to North America with her entrancing Harem show this autumn! Tickets are on sale now. Go to www.sarah-brightman.com for more information. Viva La Sarah!!

I am a HUGE Sarah fan, so of course I was really excited when this cd came out. Listening to it brings back so many good memories from the Harem concert. Each song on this cd is amazing, and her voice sounds just as beautiful live. I love this cd so much because the songs sound a bit different, are edited differently, and of course there is the audience cheering Sarah on and off the stage. Sarah's new studio track "Snow On The Sahara" is absolutely amazing. This version in my opinion sounds much better than Anggun's. Sarah is just so beautiful and talented. If I could give this cd ten stars, I would. If you consider yourself a big Sarah Brightman fan, or even if you just enjoy listening to her music once in a while, this cd is a MUST HAVE! Its worth every penny! =)
