For over 300 years, whispers around campfires speak of a legend. A legend of a small village that once bordered the outskirts of Salem Town. Once, but no longer. The village, the legend says, and all its men, women, and children, perished under the wrath of frightened Salem townsfolk. Murdered because they were believed to spawn and harbor the very witches that plagued their peaceful town. Present day. Sarah and her five friends hear of the legend and like many before them, feel an adventure is the best way to cap off one final summer together before running off to college. However, their weekend excursion quickly turns to a race for survival as the woods seem reluctant to release its new inhabitants. As the past and the present collide, Sarah and her friends soon learn why some legends are simply forgotten and why some of them should be.
