It doesn't take Sally Judd long to find out why the house she bought was five thousand pounds cheaper than any other house in the Terrace.

Number 6 Agnes Streer is haunted, nobody stays there for long; at the very first signs of ghostly goings on, they up and leave.

If anyone had told Sally this beforehand she would never have bought the place. But now she has, she has no option but to stick it out, she cnn't afford to sell at a loss.

A chance meeting with a man in a cemetery one day changes her life and way of thinking in more ways than one.
