I would recommend this book to anyone traveling to Walt Disney World in 2009...first time visitors and veterans alike. If you are even remotely interested in eating healthy and staying fit in Disney, this is the book for you. There are so many interesting dining tips and fitness strategies in the book, usually not normally revealed to Guests, that you would never notice otherwise. We bookmarked every recommended place in the book where we wanted to dine at and didn't have time for it all and want to travel back to WDW just to finish off our healthy eating adventures. The fitness activites and Disney marathon sections are wonderful. I even signed up for the guide's MAGIC Challenge like so many other fellow disney fans who place a high priority on fitness. Many of the suggestions noted in this book you can often take advantage of during your time away from the parks. Well written directions are also provided through out. I love the fact that the authors constantly update the book's contents throughout the year so it is always up to date for the reader. Great book!
