The book shows how cancer, or even a precancerous condition, can be detected early and cured. Preventative advice is given for the main cancer risks of inheritance, smoking, diet, alcohol, sun exposure, physical inactivity, sexual practices, and carcinogens at work, at home, and in the environment. Readers will come back to this easy-to-use reference manual again and again.
