I seen this book and the auther on docter Oz. Talking about the hunter and the farmer diet. If you were born with a weight of 7 pounds or more you are a farmer. Which means bottom heavy. And if you were under 7 pounds you are a hunter. You are belly heavy. The book gives good sound advice but not much of what i already know. It was just good to see how much trouble of staying on the wrong diet didnt work and why. The only problem I have with this book it did not give a daily menu and amounts of food you should have to lose weight. That is why gave it 3 stars.

A simple version of Eat Right for your Body type. It gives sample recipes but no actual diet plan.

Similar in concept to the Jillian Michaels divisions of Fast/Slow Oxidizer. Read it. Knowing the distinction will help you.
