Roberts, Ph.D., a professor of nutrition and a professor of psychiatry at Tufts University, is an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and obesity who has appeared on The Today Show, ABC News, NPR and CNN. She is the author of Feeding Your Child for Lifelong Health, as well as nearly 200 research articles published in scientific journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, and JAMA. Dr. Roberts lives with her husband and daughter outside Boston.

I hate dieting and have never been able to stick to a diet for more than a few days. I always get overwhelmed and frustrated, giving up and swearing I'll never do it again. Also, I'm starving! So The I Diet is a great starting point if you are trying to lose weight and trying to understand the science behind it all. Then, when you are ready to jump start your weight loss, do what I did. After decades of yo-yo dieting and failure, I lost 11 pounds using The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution. The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution is probably the best way that I have ever seen to lose weight. I will not lie, I have been so happy with the results that I have been trying to read everything that I can to keep this weight off. My whole family noticed over the summer.
