About the Author

Beth Daniels spent a decade teaching Freshman English Composition classes at various colleges and universities in western Ohio and has based the "I Hate to Write" series on the guidelines she gave students who confessed to hating to write or feared that what they wrote would be wrong. Quite a few new students told her that friends told them to look for her sessions, insisting that she was the only instructor to make the process of writing an essay, and of what it was supposed to accomplish, make sense to them.

It isn't only essays from her own years as a student as an undergrad and a graduate student that Daniels has writing credentials. Her first novel was released in 1990. Since that time, she has been published under a variety of pseudonyms (Beth Henderson, J.B. Dane, Nied Darnell, Lisa Dane, and Beth Cruise) by a number of publishing houses (Harlequin, Zebra, Leisure, Berkley, Aladdin Paperbacks, and some smaller houses). Her online fiction writing workshops number well over 60 topics, most of them being repeated numerous times. Because she finally retired those topics from her online repertoire, they are now available as electronic books.
