A graduate of an Ursuline high school, Rayme Waters grew up in Northern California and the city of Linköping, Sweden. Rayme has won awards for her short stories and published her debut novel, The Angels' Share, with Winter Goose Publishing. Rayme lives in Palo Alto, California with her family.
