Love and duty calls talent manager Tess Armstrong away from the glamor of Hollywood to sleepy little Brazos Bend, Texas to care for her wild-child sister's newborn twins. As if that isn't trouble enough, there she catches the romantic attention of Nicholas Sutherland, the most eligible bachelor in Texas.
Nicholas hasn't come to Brazos Bend looking for love, but he's a man accustomed to getting what he wants...and he wants Tess. He's happy to help her diaper the twins, dispose of the threat to her family, and even put up with a visit from Mr. Hollywood himself. All he wants in return is...everything.
What's a self-made, independent woman to do?

Great book. Book two in this series. Loved it. Great strong leading characters, quirky fun supporting characters. Loved the story, loved the mystery. A really great read.

A gorgeous man comes to Brazos Bend, Texas. Even better than being gorgeous, he is single and very available. Women have always flocked to him, but one woman is going to take some work....and a lot of planning....for this bachelor to get her to change his status to "taken". Lots of intrigue, lots of romance, laughs, and a great ending. I loved visiting Brazos Bend, Texas. Emily March tells a great story set in Texas, just as she does with her Eternity Springs, Colorado, books. If the author is Emily March, buy the book.

While I enjoyed this book, the ending could have been better. It almost felt like the author felt she had written enough and ended it quickly. What happens to the sister and the twins? There was no mention of another book in the series.

This was vintage Geralyn Dawson. Her books are always well written and entertaining, and this book was no exception. I will probably read it again ... it was that good.

This is a great romantic story. Make sure you read the first one as well! Both are great reads! I couldn't put them down!

I got this through Free Friday. I have never read anything by this author. The book was good. It was fun and easy to read. I really do not need the bedroom scenes but if you like them there is a few.

The book came out years ago in paperback form, and I enjoyed it then. Re-reading it was a great way to remember my laughing through it the first time.
